Shipping and Returns
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing on regular orders, and 5-7 business days for BSN (Bitch Slapped Nails) Press On Nails. (weekends and holidays not included). Please be sure to update and confirm your latest address when checking out.
In the event that your order has not been shipped after 7 days from your order’s confirmation, we will do our best to keep you informed of the order status. If any changes or issues arise, you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Sales are final on sale/promotional items. For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges on Strip Lashes, Cosmetics, Skin Care, Earrings, Nip it! Nipple Covers, and BSN (Bitch Slapped Nails) DIY products. If your delivery is incorrect we will do everything we can to get the issue resolved promptly.
To request a return for That Bi+ch & Co. Apparel and/or Accessories (Jewelry, Handbags) excluding Earrings and Nip it! Nipple Covers, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return. Returned apparel will not be accepted if scuffed , or warn. They must be in the state in which you received them. You have 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a return.
For damaged items, we will gladly replace within 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. The damaged item/s must be in their original packaging and not used or opened. Contact email@example.com and include DAMAGED ITEM in the subject line along with your order #, and please attach image/images of the damaged item/s.
Shipping Cost for Returned Items are not covered by Teka Neufville.

CANADA POST - COVID19
Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.
Mail and parcels destined to all regions of the United States of America continue to be delivered. However, Canada Post and our partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume across our networks. The increased volume combined with modified processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are resulting in significant delays. The cumulative delays during processing in Canada and the U.S.A. are adding 5-7 days to normal delivery times for all services. Consumers and business shippers should consider the additional delivery time when making commitments to recipients in the U.S.A.
